Ganoderma lucidum

The lingzhi mushroom is a polypore fungus belonging to the genus Ganoderma. In many countries, it is called the Reishi mushroom. Its red-varnished, kidney-shaped cap and peripherally inserted stem gives it a distinct fan-like appearance. When fresh, the lingzhi is soft, cork-like, and flat.

This product comes in three different styles:

Agar Wedge

A single wedge of agar in an eppendorf tube, sealed with parafilm, inside a labelled plastic bag.

Agar Plate

A single agar plate wrapped in Parafilm, as well as one additional piece of parafilm for resealing. Red Reishi takes approximately 4-6 weeks to colonize our agar plates once started.

Liquid Culture Syringe

• 1x Syringe containing 10-12cc of a live mycelium culture
• 1x Sterile 18 Gauge Needle
• 1x Alcohol Wipe

Under no circumstances contact us about cultivation of active spores regardless of legality in your home location. Doing so will result in a cancellation of all open orders and denial of any future orders.
